Responsible for the development, design, analytics and maintenance of all Ohio National Guard and affiliate websites; the coordination of ONG social media outlets; and the design and development of publications coming from the Public Affairs Office.• In just three years at ONG, I have redesigned four complete web sites to enhance the user interfaces while ensuring 100% compliance with State branding standards, handling all project management, content management, procurement of text & graphics, layout, the building of all pages, and creation of user accounts, role assignments, as well as building tutorials and providing training.• I analyze data through Google Analytics monthly to set goals for our social media strategies and as a basis for establishing a framework for redeveloping our main web site.• Currently, I am in process of establishing branding standards for all web and social media outlets to provide a uniform front in our media outlets. • Using Photoshop, I create all electronic graphics, ads, and banners for ONG media outlets.• In addition to electronic design, I also design and produce print materials to carry out branding standards (ads, posters, fliers) for both internal and external use, including brochures, annual reports for the Governor and fact sheets for legislative use on Capitol Hill.

Run of 84,000 (110,000 members). Was the first designer with the printer to move a magazine from paste-up to computer generated art in 1987. Received numerous awards from college consortium for overall design and visual concepts for articles, and internal ads. The Alumni Collection : Gift shop/mail order program: 250 + items, to members. Designed and produced full color annual catalogs, monthly magazine ads, and specialty flyers.Ohio State Alumni Tours: Travel program hosting 20 plus destinations. Produced annual brochures, flyers, magazine and external ads.Membership Campaigns: Direct mail solicitations to 150,000 potential members.Five annual campaigns and specialty decals. 140+ Alumni Clubs & Constituent Organizations: Logo development, promotional flyers and newsletters.
