Under the leadership of the West Virginia National Guard, my responsibilities include the development and maintenance of strategic relationships and partnerships with federal, state and local governments and economic and community development organizations to support and compliment the vision and mission of the West Virginia National Guard.

Management of $11M USDA Federal program budget servicing the citizens of West Virginia statewide; Administered the USDA National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the USDA The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP); Responsible for the day to day operations of the USDA commodity food distribution warehouse; Supervised and managed a large staff of employees; Maintained accurate inventory control and distribution of 300,000 units annually; Oversaw trucking fleet maintenance and drivers and insured all DOT rules and regulations were followed; Planned and coordinated educational events for training and networking purposes; Presentation development and execution at statewide disaster preparedness committee meeting.
