The HR Director partners with the business President to build the business' capability to achieve its strategic plan by developing & retaining talent and fostering a healthy organization. This is achieved by working with business leadership to develop people priorities and align HR practices and processes that support the business strategy. The HR Director will deliver and execute HR programs and initiatives in their business that also align with and support business objectives.

Provide overall strategic HR leadership to assigned region. Responsible for the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events. Serve as internal consultant to company management team, supervisors and employees on personnel issues that affect performance and business relationships.

Management of Human Resources function. Acting as a business partner to the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for handling all employee relations issues and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, training and development, and talent management.

Provide HR Leadership to freestanding diagnostic clinics located in Ohio, Illinois & Pennsylvania.
