The Scan Group is a technology, marketing and print services company located in Waukesha, WI. My experiences there include accounts receivable, billing and currently payroll, accounts payable and managing all bank accounts. I started there as a receptionist/billing clerk and over the years, I have been asked to take on additional responsibilities. I assist the general manager by preparing and managing the daily accounting doc and help to manage the distribution of payments to our vendors.On top of my daily tasks, I am often requested to handle special projects for the front office such as the annual company party, company luncheons and have helped in the coordination of Scan events such as Milwaukee's Jazz in the Park. My roles in these events range from securing venues to contracting with vendors to menu planning.

At Marshall Auto Body, I was the customer's first point of contact when coming in for service on their vehicle. I would gather vehicle and owner information and enter it into the system for the estimating department. When customers would come in to pick their car up, I would handle all of the paperwork including collection of their payment for the services.In addition to the customer service role, I also did the accounts payables for the facility.

Pinahs Company was a snack food manufacturer in Waukesha. My roles there were varied but my main function was management of the Pinahs Outlet Store to include placing orders with the onsite factory, greeting customers and fulfilling their orders, taking pre-orders over the phone and stocking the store. When I was not busy in the store, I was also doing accounts receivables which included typing invoices and working with customers of the factory. I also helped with managing the incoming calls to the plant and store.
