Since 2004, I have served as the leader of KPMG’s Senior Talent Acquisition (STA) team, responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of direct-entry Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors. I manage an exceptional team of 30+ recruiters and coordinators, supporting executive hiring needs across all lines of business. We collaborate and partner with firm leadership, internal business enablement groups, and top-tier executive search firms to source and recruit senior talent in alignment with KPMG's growth strategy.• Develop and drive strategic and adaptable recruitment processes and programs in support of business strategy and goals• Understand priorities and expectations of executive candidates to shape EVP and attract/retain high-quality candidates• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and organizations to enhance sourcing, recruiting, and DEI initiatives• Partnered with US and LATAM leaders to establish and oversee senior talent recruiting program in the Americas• Manage the STA function through increasing complexities (acquisitions, new capabilities/service offerings, labor market fluctuations) and high growth

I began my career with KPMG as a Consultant in Chicago and have since held a number of leadership roles across Talent Acquisition including Midwest Area Recruiting Manager, Director of Washington National Tax Recruiting, and National Director of Tax Recruiting.
