Worked with PA's of the managing director and CEO on booking suitable meeting rooms and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overseeing events and seminars in the lounge and terrace area. Supporting the officer manager with facilities and reporting faults. Logging of deliveries, guest attendance, couriers and capacity of meeting rooms. Competent use of computer programs. Liaised closely with building security/reception when guests arrived and inputting names on booking system.

My role at Ofcom was very diversed. On switchboard I managed numerous incoming phone calls ensuring that they are directed to the right department. On reception and Concierge, I liaised with PA's of the CEO and directors for booking meeting rooms, ensuring suitability and AV was properly equipped plus organising with catering. In charge of records and monitoring of meeting rooms by external clients, ensuring they were billed for usage. Worked closely with my colleagues to ensure a high level of service was maintained throughout the organisation.
