I manage 18+ Personal Trainers and 50+ Group Exercise instructors, play a role in instructor training, recruiting, and develop programming. I have over 20+ years in Fitness and 14 years of experience in Pilates, 7 of those years managing our Pilates Studio at Midtown. My extensive training covers Mat Pilates Certification including Mat Pilates with Props (such as small equipment, Magic Circle, Flex Band, Bosu, and Stability Ball), Pilates Full-equipment certification (Reformer, Cadillac, Half-Trap (Tower), Chair (Exo Chair and Wunda Chair), and Barrels (Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel).Training and Certifications: PIA Mat Pilates, Magic Circle, Small Equipment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Yamuna Body Rolling, Booty Barre Certified, Balanced Body Pilates Reformer I,II,II, Exo Chair, Tower, Stott Pilates SPX, Special Populations.
