 Partner with and augment activities of Service Family Centers, Guard and Reserve programs, unit family support staff officers, and other programs and services to build coalitions and connect Federal, state and local resources and non-profit organizations to support Active-Duty, Guard and Reserve Families Identify family needs Catalogue existing family programs and supports; determine how well those efforts are meeting family needs;  Determine methods to fill the gaps and enhance existing support systems’ efforts; and Plan and implement a comprehensive, integrated, mobile service delivery system Provide direct, short-term, non-medical, solution-focused counseling services to individuals, couples and families, and groups for situations resulting from commonly occurring life circumstances such as parenting, relationship conflicts, stress, personal loss, and deployments and reunions.  Provide on-site, mobile and/or telephonic non-medical problem-solving counseling to families when other resources are not available and make appropriate referrals and warm transfers to military and community resources according to the needs of Families and Service Members Travel throughout the state as appropriate to meet with Families and unit family support staff to assess needs and provide or arrange for counseling services. Consult with and or train military commands and service providers as requested Sponsor and train volunteers and family support professionals

Provide individual, group and family therapy for clients in an elementary school setting. • Coordinate services as needed with school staff and area collaborative services. • Complete comprehensive diagnostic studies. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plan. • Complete quarterly reviews. • Utilize treatment team. • Provide a variety of clinical interventions and case management services. • Maintain records according to DMHMRSAS and CMHC standards or other state licensing standards.Complete Psychological Evaluations
