Target per quarter: R1, 2 million (Research Target)Target per quarter: R500 000 (Consultant Target)Responsibilities include:Marketing, Events and Business Development:•Assisting with Marketing aspects of the company, strategic planning, marketing planning, direct marketing •Assisting in establishing marketing goals to ensure share of recruitment market and profitability of our specialist services•Developing and executing marketing plans and programs •Researching, analyzing, and monitoring financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on•Running with and coordinating all staff and client events •Generating advertisements in various mediums for available vacancies•Planning and overseeing the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets•Advertising – Newspaper, Accountancy SA, Career Junction etc •Assisting Director in cold calling of new potential clients•Chasing leads and specs to identify new potential clients•Generating new business•Building and managing relationships with existing and new clients and candidatesRecruitment:•Business development and sourcing of new clients•Cold Calling•Project a professional company image •Assisting in appointing SET support staff (receptionists, researchers)•Assisting clients with Salary Surveys•Building and managing relationships with existing clients and candidates•Interviewing potential candidates•Referencing candidates•Kroll background checks (ITC checks, Criminal Checks, Qualification checks etc) •Headhunting of potential candidates according to clients needs•Searching for candidates•Calling candidates for potential roles and managing their salary expectations, competition analysis, commitment to the process etc and gathering enough information in order to understand what their ideal role is•Career and salary advice to candidates
