I managed our customer service team and provided relevant business updates so that representatives could effectively aid our customers. This included keeping our Business Liaison Sharpoint Site up to date, editing our customer service playbook, leading weekly meetings, and coordinating trainings for new products or procedures. I also enforced marketing funds went towards initiatives that aligned with our growth goals and emphasized our value proposition. This included tracking each account's spend in order to make sure we were within budget. I also ran and shared BW reports with our entire North American sales team in order to ensure they knew how their customers were performing and how the market was changing every month.

Served as Salesforce Price Approval Business Unit Administrator for the North America Kevlar®, Nomex®, and Tyvek® Roll Goods businesses by implementing and regulating current segment and customer prices, logging issues, requesting appropriate access for new or changing users, and expediting approval flow.

Managed weekly testing on experimental spin cells in order to optimize production speed and increase robustness without compromising overall quality of Nomex® Fiber Products. Worked with Minitab in order to statistically analyze new data as well as old data.Designed a unique test which considered specific process variables and analyzed their effects on Nomex® Rope in order to gain understanding of a spin cell.Elected Lead Co-op during this co-op rotation because of my strong communication and organizational skills. This position allowed me to organize weekly meetings between full-time employees and other co-ops, manage the co-op budget, schedule information sessions, and communicate with our supervisor about my fellow co-op’s progress.
