To make a great impression on all who enter/leave the building, serve as gatekeeper so Executive Director and other managers can focus on their duties while I attend to all things that come up in the building that does not require their assistance. Main priorities are to answer all incoming calls, greet visitors/residents, pay all bills, balance credit card and petty cash accounts and anything else that comes up daily. Requires the ability to juggle several projects at once and to do this all with a smile on my face and a positive attitude.

Maintain Chief of Cardiology and Administrator of Cardiology's calendars, travel arrangements for them and other physicians we were recruiting including airline, entertainment, meals, etc while they are visiting. Daily contact with high level executives from all over Omaha and the Creighton campus. I was the go to person for all things happening in the building including heat/air conditioning complaints, security issues, schedules of all physicians and being gatekeeper to all managers who work for our organization, organizing events and health fair events, and even setting up and maintaining Weight Watcher Monthly Meetings for the health and welfare of our employees.

Maintain several attorneys' calendars, dockets, transcription requests. I can type 100 wpm with tremendous accuracy, able to juggle several tasks at a time while prioritizing with very little supervision. Must maintain extremely high level of confidentiality to very sensitive matters.
