Project 1. Mice Platform An intra-venture project under SoftBank Group. Sept 2020 - Mar 2020• Designed and developed full-stacked, customized features including UI/UX and MySQL DB, and successfully launched it in an accelerated timeline of four months and achieved 10k attendees.• Modeled a dashboard that visualizes user data and customer insights and is fully integrated into an online event system, ultimately purchased by Toyota, Mizuho and JR WEST, totaling 50 million JPY.Project 2. Automation on Manual Processes April 2020 - present• Lead and mentored a team of four people on various aspects of programming with the aim of replacing and eliminating manual processes resulting in savings of up to 40%-50% labor time.• Lead a team and received a special award for integrating automation process with Webhook, eliminating the security risk of non-coding programs.

Designed and developed a virtual networking service from scratch, building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) including features such as real-time voice and video chat.
