Focus on executive search mainly on the middle to back office positions for corporate banking and retail banking functional roles. Closely communication with hiring manager and hr recruiters during the whole recruiting process Sourcing candidates by different recruitment channels Face to face interview the potential candidates. Arrange and negotiate interviews between clients and the candidates Detailed Reference check and background investigation Offer negotiation Etc。Client portfolio:BankingInsurance companyEngineering Technology CompanyPharmaceutical manufacturing companyTrading companyFMCGRetailConstruction equipmentEtc.

 Daily reconciliations reporting;  Statutory Ratio Calculation, Treasury Revenue analysis; Banking Regulatory Reporting, including CBRC, PBOC, SAFE Report and customer deposit reserve reports etc.  Statistic reports and Tax Reports including Monthly Tax Report, Business Tax, EIT Reports etc. within required timeline; Keep good relations with the Regulatory officers; Product Control including completion and analysis of daily P&L process. Reconcile the P&L with front offices  Report the P&L in Group Systems and make adjustments

Daily Routing Work In charge of expense control and account payable.  Ensure the whole payment process performed according to the expense policy; Ensure everyone perform the normal payment accurately Prepare daily P&L reconciliation among Sun accounting, Wallstreet, SGL systems etc.  Update the data according to those systems and process the reconciliations;  Work out Regulatory Liquidity Ratio report for management information Retrieve the data from systems, prepare and submit London Report in time and accurately.Prepare financial reportsPrepare daily Report including:  Regulatory Liquidity Ratio report for management information  PBOC daily report for RMB loan & deposit status informationWeekly Report including:  CBRC weekly report for liquidity ratio index monitoring Deposit information reportMonthly Report : Customer deposit reserve Reports: for Monitoring the balance of customer deposit reserve, inform the front office and middle office in time to keep the balance of reserve enough and accurately, and submit the report in time with error-free. Prepare PBOC Report and make sure the data input accurately Shanghai Statistic Bureau monitoring Report Monthly Foreign debt verifying report Other Internal ReportsAssist in expenses policy control Assist in expenses policy drafting and updating; Initiate trainings for local staffs to ensure the expense procedures followed well.
