12 years' experience in process design. 5 years' experience in design project management.Proficient in the relevant drawing softwares: SuperPro Designer, SchedulePro,Visio, AutoCAD, Tarch8.0;Familiar with the GMP and other related design specifications;Master the design principles and design ideas of different types of pharmaceutical projects;Have the experience and ability to independently complete and participate in the process design oflarge-scale engineering projects.Familiar with the process of engineering design management.The ability of input into project schedules, track project progress and cost controls.Keep good relationships with other disciplines, Clients and Suppliers.Lead process engineerWork content： Understand and extend clients’ URS. Perform conceptual design, basic design, detailed design (process calculation-mass balance & production schedule, BFD,PFD, P&ID, adjacency digram, process equipment layout, process flow,clean utility etc); responsible for project feasibility study for pharmaceutical project. Responsible for supplying the conditions to other disciplines such as architecture, structure, HVAC, plumbing, electric. Review the conformance with other disciplines returning process documents. Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to review and improve existing processes. Lead process equipment procurement: prepare process equipment URS and other RFP documents, hold technical clarification meetings and support client to make a decision for process equipment procurement. Participate in process equipment validation Establish and improve the system of engineering managementDesign project managementWork content： Responsible for bidding project, prepare bidding proposal, including project planning, time schedule, manpower plan & cost, permitting flow chart, etc Develop project milestones and overall project control plan. Organize capable project design team; coordinate multi-discipline engineers to complete projects. Make Timely decision such as implementation plan, manpower allocation, schedule arrangement, contracts and design changes, claims and so on. Communicate well with clients and suppliers, and keep good relationships with them.
