• Define annual market plan based on global brand strategy• Developing and managing the marketing budget• Define brand positioning and segmentations for fossil/Emporio Armani /Michael Kors, and develop marketing plans across different channels• Overseeing branding, advertising, PR and in-store event• Lead and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging internal/external support and driving collaboration• Coordination with the global brand team to develop marketing assets locally• Leadership and team member development (Membership: 3)
