New Key Ventures Limited Taiwan Branch, a subsidiary of Crown Star Group- Pre-opening team of brand new service apartment. - Oversee and manage all on site activities at the property.- Coordinate with the interior construction team and ensure the construction timeline meet the schedule.- Work with designer and set up all the brand collateral.- Oversee and support purchasing personnel, including research of equipment, materials, supplies and methods, sourcing and negotiating qualified supplier or contractors' bids, reviewing contracts, and quality control during all stages of the project.- Set up standard operation procedures and training material of operation team.

- Take over Rooms Manager's work while the position is under recruitment. (late May 2019-early July 2019) Manage both of Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure daily operation is smooth and maintain at required service standard.- Membership program champion - Handle departmental administration works, such as inventory control, place order for purchasing, roster arrangement, petty cash application, etc.- Customer service lead - Rooms controlling - Emergency Response Team - Support Front Office operation - Departmental trainer - Support other departments' operation. (Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, IT, Engineering)
