• Responsible for the management of all environmental projects, including drilling pit closures and soil and groundwater investigation and remediation projects. Responsible for all aspects of each project from initiation to final closure. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Preparation of cost estimate prior to commencing of project, • Preparation of Work Plans for submission to state agencies, • Preparation of site specific Health and Safety Plans, • Coordination and management of company or contract personnel, including drillers, excavators, surveyors and technical support.• Management of soil or groundwater sampling activities and coordination with laboratory.• Communication with state agencies.• Preparation of all reports to state agencies necessary for site closure.• Development and implementation of company Health and Safety Plan.

• Responsible for the management of more than 100 oil and gas related sites in various stages of soil and/or groundwater investigation or remediation in New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana and North Dakota. Responsible for all aspects of each project from initiation to final closure. • Responsible for site inspections and preparation of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for more than 200 oil and gas facilities in New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana and North Dakota.• Responsible for the preparation of Tier II Filings for oil and gas facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota and Montana.• Responsible for Air Permit review and implementation of requirements for gas compressor stations in New Mexico, Louisiana and North Dakota, and submission of state required reports.• Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and prepare reports.• Conduct risk-based site assessments pursuant to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) guidelines.• Conduct electromagnetic conductivity surveys.• Possess strong writing skills and the ability to manage and perform fieldwork, and all aspects of environmental projects

• Responsible for oversight and preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans for more than 25 sites in west Texas.• Oversight and management of phase separated hydrocarbon removal from former gas plant site.• Report preparation for various projects according to Railroad Commission of Texas guidelines.

• Responsible for management/oversight of more than 25 retail petroleum sites in the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) reimbursement program. • Successful in preparation of and obtaining TNRCC approval of work plans/cost proposals, Site Assessment Reports, Annual Groundwater Monitoring Reports, Plan A Assessments, Plan B Assessments, Operating and Monitoring Performance Reports, Product Recovery Reports, Exit Criteria Evaluations/Flowcharts and Final Site Closure Reports.• Conducted Fate and Transport modeling to derive Risk Based Screening Levels as directed by the PST RPR Section of the TNRCC.• Technical experience includes interpreting site geology and hydrogeology; preparation and oversight of groundwater monitoring programs, PSH recovery activities, site assessment activities, site remediation and site closure activities. Project experience includes monitor well installations, geo-probing, soil borings, remediation pilot testing, groundwater and soil sampling, land surveying and soil vapor surveys. • Experience also includes data acquisition of vapor extraction, dual phase extraction, and groundwater pump/treat remediation systems. Evaluated that data to determine the efficiencies of those systems and determine any needed modifications.

Responsibilities included mapping and accumulation of data on all wells drilling or completed in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming. Maintained current land acreage maps in the PRB, and correlated well logs. Prepared geologic cross sections and aided in the interpretation of geophysical cross sections. Prepared contour, structure, isopach and other geologic maps as well as visuals for various meetings and prospect appraisals.
