Has worked as transcriptionist, receptionist, insurance clerk, office manager, triage supervisor, EMR trainer/specialist (3 EMR total), assist IT in daily resolutions of problems, problem solver, monitor day to day operations of practice from clinical to front desk. Attended ICB9/10 coding class, hold inservices for employees regarding EMR, MISPS, MU and daily expectations, communicate closely with administrator and clinical administrator.
