Effectively manage WVO's Orlando Owner Referral Call Center's recruiting and hiring process to ensure that Wyndham Vacation Ownership attracts top talent in a timely and cost effective manner. Create and implement strategic sourcing plans that will meet and/or exceed goals. Partner with companywide recruiters to share best practices and maintain companywide objectives.

Implement and oversee the sales effort of the office. Establish and maintain a strong base of client orders to generate revenue and ensure ongoing profitability of the company. Provide direction and coach staff to ensure compliance with established company rules and regulations.

• Travel nationally between four call centers to manage, recruit and train the recruitment team.• Create various recruiting reports to maintain a cost effective recruiting strategy for hiring the most qualified candidates.• Coach and develop the National Recruiting team to canvas predetermined geographic and demographic areas to contact potential employees that we are not reaching through traditional recruiting practices.• Ensure the National Recruitment team meets established weekly goals to fill positions.• Attend community networking events by promoting and marketing employment opportunities within the various call centers and local organizations.• Responsible for the ad design/Career Builder postings and placement within corporate guidelines with Executive approval.• Conduct interviews and process completion of new hire paperwork on all new applicants for 15 various departments.
