In my role as a SG Planning Manager, I led a group of planners who are responsible of an annual sales volume of 200+ML supporting four different group of business, Mainline Lubs, Marine, Aviation and Maro-distributors. My team is responsible from the raw components procurement, production planning to the network planning of 600 SKUs. We network our products to > 40 countries worldwide. Key Achievements - Led the team to achieve all KPIs (Many first) - CI a number of processes focusing on inventory reduction (1M) and process improvement (2000 hours reduction) o Set up focus group to dead stocks o Automate transfer orders creation o Revamping process which allows for clear ownership and objective - Awarded the Global Commercial Competition award in 2018 for delivering high planning KPIs

As a Senior Demand Planner for SEA and MD, I led a team of 5 demand planners who are responsible of an annual demand of 400ML+. Key Achievements- Developed an standardized MTD report for SEAO, including Micro Distributors. This allows LSC and Sales & Marketing to identify and drive necessary actions to achieve the monthly target - Reduce Demand Planner workload by 30% from 120% to 90% from the below tasks o Automated MTD report (reduction from 2 hours to 15 min) o Enable a Monthly download of Statistical forecast (reduction from 50 hours to 0 hours) o Developed an automated allocation report - Improved the team knowledge on Demand planning by routine internal and external sharing, e.g. CPT, S&M Finance - Co-led value forecasting forum in SEA countries

As a Regional Grease Supply Planner in the East, my role is to ensure demand and supply balance for 4 production plant (SG, TH, ZH and PH) in Asia Pacific Key Achievements - All KPI achieved, OTIF / CSI - Improve grease OTIF from 94% to average of 95% - Develop a structured step 3 process with NEA, resolved process gaps between production and planning - Clean the master data in china- Identified and corrected issues in system that resulted in wrong planning output. E.g. included the QM lot qty in APO for NEA - Stabalised the export process between ZH and AU - Collaborate with PE and Operation team to improve ZH export process such as obtaining a forecast from AU- Adopt the use of grease portfolio master plan as shared by EMEA grease planner - Supported grease transition from global to regional, detail activity- Seamless transition of PH grease plant to other grease plant

To further improve customer satisfaction, Shell is deploying a new software, Demand Sensing and Multi Enterprise Inventory Optimization to all the countries. This tool is to support the demand forecasting process and optimise inventory levels across 50 productions plants and 150 depots globally. My role is to be a custodian of the tool, centrally support local teams to create and implement solutions to continuously improve inventory levels via scenario planning. Key Achievements - reduction of $10M value and 6M in volume- Trained over 35 users in 11 countries - Set up and implemented processes during and post hyper care session

As a planning analyst with Apple, I’m responsible to deploy and manage a in-house planning system, Supply Allocation tool. This tool is created to assist the APAC planners in performing allocation to the different channel and customers to the right target week of supply. Functions of the tools consist of master data, demand planning and supply planning. Other responsibility involves identifying improvement areas in the planning process, NPI, EOL, allocation and Qtr end management. Working closely with planners to roll out new initiatives and processes.

As part of Shell initiatives to simplify and standardize process in the lubricants business, the Streamline deployment team was created with the aim to launch a global system and align processes throughout the lubricants organisation. As a regional planning analyst in the streamline deployment team (East), my key responsibility is to effectively launch and deploy Advanced Planning & Optimization (SAP Planning application tool) to countries in the East.Key process areas in planning that I cover are: demand planning, supply network planning, production and materials planning. I’m also required to provide training on these process areas to the local planning team and act as a process expert for streamline processes in the deploying countries. In my role, I work very closely with the local planning team and the global streamline team.

As a Supply planner in the APAC Customer and Market Operations team, our team is responsible for the supply chain planning of consumer mobile phones in the Asia Pacific market, covering 11 countries, with an average monthly demand of 8 million units.I was responsible for the planning of demand for products in active circulation. My responsibilities included coordinating with countries managers and factory planners to ensure that production is able to meet country demand and if necessary, perform allocation for shortage situations. Other key responsibilities include data analysis on Demand, Sales Trends, and Off-frames, as well as KPI tracking for APAC.I have also led and implemented process automation projects, reducing manual effort in key planning process. For example, the Quick Allocation Tool, that generates weekly allocation suggestions for Sales areas, reduced the process time from 3 days to just one. I have also put in place processes and reports that help to track and monitor forecast capabilities by countries. With the transformation of the APAC Sales Area into a 3 Sales Cluster, I embarked on a 4 months stint in India, starting 26 February 2008, with the objective of knowledge transfer of D&AM core processes.

I lead a team of 4 planners in the Imaging Printing Group, under the SRFR (Supply Chain Repair Fulfillment Reinvention) program. SRFR was chartered to develop new low cost consumer-focused solutions for hardware failures when prices for consumer products are on a downward trend.Fully launched in 14 Asia Pacific countries in December 2001, the SRFR program was responsible for servicing about 26,000 customers a month. My responsibilities include: Manage the demand needs and supply availability to meet Total Customer Expectation (goal of 68%) in 14 Asia Pacific countries.  Develop optimal stocking strategy throughout its Product Life Cycle for the 7 product lines. Manage the replenishment and purchasing processes to fulfill the generated buy-plan. Manage the quarterly End-Of-Life reviews to minimize excesses and shortages. Manage a set of performance measures to meet operational excellence, financial and customer satisfaction goals. Business lead for the business planners and provide guidance to new players in the team. Business lead for system design, enhancement and implementation.
