Ms. Eckert has experience working for many different Florida and national clients. She routinely provides owner’s agent services for solid waste facilities, including waste-to-energy facility inspections, construction monitoring for both waste-to-energy facility refurbishment and new construction, contract development and administration for various types of solid waste contracts, and assistance with environmental permitting and monitoring. Ms. Eckert has provided solid waste negotiations support, financial advisory services, technical due diligence evaluations for solid waste assets, and various planning technical feasibility studies including operational transition planning and solid waste and waste to energy master planning. She also has experience with program management for development of a water and wastewater treatment plant facility, water and wastewater facility engineer of record inspections, as well as floodplain management assistance, grant application development and cost estimation, site assessments, and project vulnerability and feasibility review.
