Over 18 years of nursing and management in the senior living industry. My expertise and passion is providing the care and love to the elderly as they celebrate their golden years. I have held positions from the Charge Nurse, Director of Nursing, Staff Education Coordinator and ultimately the Executive Director of my own facility. I have successfully managed two previous facilities in Virginia, one of which I oversaw the opening of a brand new memory care unit. Providing care and ensuring the safety and happiness of my residents makes my work very rewarding. Giving back to those who gave so much in their lives to others is what matters. Becoming an administrator, allows me to ensure great care and support is provided to our residents.
