My services include Talent Manager/Booking Agent, where communication, sales, and marketing skills are the keys to survival. My services extend to Hospitality, Venue Manager, Event Coordinator/Manager, and Hospitality. I thrive on producing private parties, fundraisers, and celebrity events. My admiration for the music and the entertainment industry has been in my soul since I was a young child. I have dabbled in multi-media platforms, radio and television broadcasting, recording engineering, and live performance as a singer. My most rewarding projects are charity/fundraisers.Construction Industry: I have spent the majority of my professional life within the construction industry as a Project Manager. While attending college, I began my career as an Administrative Assistant. I continued my education and became a Building Inspector. After several years of working for local government, I desired to be in the field, actively managing projects. My years of practice in Construction Project Management proved invaluable. The priorities of success - orchestrating all trades, planning, preparation, logistics, permits, government regulations, safety compliance, contracts, communication, working with various personalities, time management, and of course - always being prepared for the unexpected.Life Coach: In every aspect of life, there are always human relationships. I have always been interested in human behavior, goal achievement, and success, I studied psychology and 'Life Coaching'. I saw that having knowledge and understanding of human nature was a benefit to my professional and personal life. This understanding made me realize that I had always been a caregiver. I was the 'cheerleader' among my construction teams. I was always supportive offering guidance, coaching, handholding, etc. led me to professional certification in Life Coaching. I utilize these skills with the people who encompass my world and offer professional service to clients.I am a Cancer Survivor. Nothing can scare or intimidate me.
