About Cindy Force

“With an edge but not over the edge.”That’s how I describe my marketing, writing, and content development style. I’m creative and resourceful, always looking for the angle to evolve the story in a unique way.My inquisitive nature drives my pursuit of the story, and my skills as an interviewer help me uncover the perspective that may be hiding below the surface. There have been many times someone told me that no one had ever asked them that question before. #gettingtowhyThere is certainly a place for the fact-based, procedural message. But, as content marketers, the impact comes from the unexpected, the slight edge, that engages an audience. And then, what about bringing the story to life and reaching that audience?“I never give up and never fall apart until I get to plan ‘G’.”Plan ‘G’ would certainly be pushing my limits. Fortunately, I’ve never had to venture that far through the alphabet on a project. But I am a relentless project manager and contingency planner. I plan ahead for the project and plan in advance for possible next steps if the original plan gets derailed.I like to envision options. A project is like going to the ice cream shop: butter pecan in mind but having the chocolate cherry and coffee toffee on my radar if my first choice is not available. Of course, sometimes the best planning cannot cover every eventuality. An open mind led me to try a Blackberry Cabernet Sorbet, the most wonderful treat I had never heard of or ever imagined.I prefer waffle cones. A bowl and spoon is a great Plan ‘B.’
