- Gathering information for the setting up of the system- Specification, Design, formulate and test user reports, forms of in house supply chain system- Data consolidation, verification, manipulation and migration into new system- Creation and maintenance of system user manual- Maintenance and trouble shooting of system for data accuracy (system project in live phase)- Provide usage support to local users and departments (Air, Ocean operations, sales, accounts). - Liaise with overseas super users for data integration and streamlining.- Manage a team of support staff for projection implementation and system data maintenance.- Conduct external customer service satisfaction survey and collection of data.- Intranet Project webmaster and trainer.
