Led a team of 13 Sales Development Consultants facilitating home equity and personal credit courses throughout Wells East and Wells West. Key liaison with regional Learning and Development Managers, and Home Equity Market Growth and Development Managers. Partnered and consulted to ensure home equity training needs were met, and business results exceeded expectations. Managed numerous projects on behalf of home equity. Projects ranged from small in scope to large. Key project in 2009/2010 was creating plan to fully execute Wells Fargo training in the East while continuing BAU in West. Responsible for development of project plan, cost analysis, hiring of resources, execution of project, and report back of success.
