Life really does come full circle. I have once again earned a real estate license and have joined the BEST local broker on Amelia Island, Summer House Realty. I absolutely love real estate, and I look forward to providing 5-star service to my clients to guide them in selling and buying their homes. I’m also pursuing my true passion of interior design and staging. I’ll be able to do this through my personal real estate investments that will involve renovating and reselling homes in the Amelia Island/Jacksonville market. My career in Real Estate has included being the Multifamily Closing Manager at Fundrise. Previously I was a Commercial Loan Closer at Wells Fargo Bank where I managed closings for balance sheet and securitized commercial real estate loans (CMBS). This roll required diligence and accuracy in order to prepare loan closings for various types of commercial properties all over the United States.For over 20 years, I was a real estate paralegal responsible for processing files for closing, conducting settlements and disbursing funds for residential and commercial closings. My real estate experience is extremely inclusive as I have had the roll of a real estate broker, developer, paralegal and loan closer. I am an extremely organized, highly adaptable person who enjoys new challenges. I take pride in producing a high-quality work product and also helping my team achieve our goals.
