Manage the accounting department which includes our accounts receivable, accounts payable and a financial accounting administrator. Responsible for reporting the financial results of our domestic and foreign operations both individually and on a consolidated basis. Prepare monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet accounts. Work closely with and coordinate efforts to complete our year end audit with outside accounting firm, prepare FAR audit schedules, and if needed state DOT schedules. Support and implement corporate initiatives that utilize our BST accounting system. Always strive to empower the employees to ask questions of the status quo.
