I started my adult life with a dream, being a famous artist, to be recognized and have my worked displayed in galleries! It was bliss.I went to school to pursue a degree in Fine arts and I loved it but, something was missing. I realized later on, I had a passion for helping people so my direction changed and I jumped on the psychology path. My life although, changed drastically and found myself moving to the United States from my beloved country, Costa Rica.Along with my husband, we succeeded in the financial services industry with his extensive expertise. I developed skills through the years that helped me grow personally and professionally in management and, in customer service with an emphasis on workflows, to ensure customers are taken care off and the team is running efficiently. After selling our RIA, we switched our focus to help advisors run their practice in a seamless way and by making it available our CRM Software with very unique capabilities including our proprietary financial planning software. This allowed me focus on the implementations side of our team, by overseeing all onboarding and system troubleshooting for our customers.UGRU has evolved from just technology for advisors and coaches, to help others to financially thrive with our personal finance coaching programs and financial coach training for those who love too, helping people become financially independent.
