I am responsible for growing the market share of my business in four different health concern areas including: Hypertension, Depression, Pain Management and Gastric/ Bowel disorders

Hired and Trained staff for all areas of the restaurant. Trained all staff including hosts, bartenders, servers and bussers. I was responsible for Inventories including beer, wine, liquor, all plateware, silverware, glassware, food storage. And also responsible for the profit/ loss of the bar area including non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible for creating and developing wine lists.

I was in charge of all training of Front of the House positions. Responsible for creating and writing training handbooks for each position. Also responsible for on-going training and recruitment.
