Responsible for various key accounts within Insurance and Logistics business. Also involved in business development initiatives for DynaGroup.Key responsibilities:- Strategical & tactical point of contact for accounts- Development of new business and services for insurance accounts- Customer Relationship Management- Progress meetings with the customer (monthly, QBR and yearly)- Process monitoring and improvement together with business control

Responsible for account support of insurance accounts and business development for Dynasure.Key responsibilities:- Operational/tactical point of contact for accounts- Process monitoring and improvement- SLA reporting and invoicing- Monitoring of escalations- Development of new business and services for insurance accounts- Customer Relationship Management

Responsible for effective yield management, optimising the pricing strategy of primarily the rooms division and secondary the food & beverage / banqueting.Key responsibilities:- Analysing booking patterns and market trends- Monitoring competitor performance- Yield management, by setting rates which are derived from market- and turnover circumstances- Initiating promotions to generate business at key times- Forecasting revenue performance- Liaising with banquet sales, reception and the general manager- Marketing plan for the hotel: Scheduling and design of digital, social, print and radio advertising according to the strategic plan. Establishment and maintenance of online distribution channels and nurturing relationships with relevant contacts Writing advertising, promotional and public relations material- Banquet Sales management including sourcing, negotiating and maintaining corporate accounts.

Responsible for selling, organising and evaluating group events, such as meetings, conferences, celebrations and overnight stays for groups. Key responsibilities:- Responsible for sales generation for banquets & events- Achieve the Annual Sales Budget - Maintaining key accounts & developing new accounts in Corporate Sector for Banquets & Events- Be a point of contact/consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event- Contracting bookings and raising invoices- Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requestsFurther activities / responsibilities:Marketing activities, such as:o Website managemento Social mediao Advertisement: developing brochures, leafletso Branding
