In my role as an executive in CGH's Train and Build Function, I deliver Service Excellence module trainings, contextualize and develop new training programmes for staff's engagement and learning. One of which was the creation of digital learning workshop, targeted at preparing the department's staff to embrace an increasingly digitalized work environment. Another included the conceptualization of a series of 4 mini workshops(soft skills) for new and existing employees. Since then I have also moved on to take on another role in SingHealth-CGH, responsible for planning and managing care integration projects driven out of Singhealth Regional Health System (RHS) - CGH Campus. I'm also strongly involved in driving awareness of Advanced Care Planning (ACP) programme in CGH and the community.I'm a strong advocate of lifelong learning and always ready to share my many experiences in life and work to enrich the participants’ learning. I was awarded a G.E.M.(Go the Extra Mile) Trainer’s award in recognition for my effort and contribution in adult training by NTUC LearningHub in 2019. I was one of the lead trainers of the inaugural SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace programme and known to be highly dependable. As such, I was often tasked with the launch of pilot training runs for both public or corporate clients. When I am not busy engaging or enabling people to work towards their goals, I enjoy a cup of coffee, good food and netflix.
