Pennsylvania

*Began project as a Title Agent in September 2013.As Agent, completed 35-year landowner title examinations to obtain pipeline Easements for our Altoona office segment, comprised of Blair, Cambria, Cumberland, Huntingdon, Indiana, Westmoreland, and York counties in Pennsylvania. Entered all landowner details including chain of title, liens, easements, and title notes into client database (AMPs); labeled, scanned, uploaded documents, checked bankruptcy, supplied deed plots, and other required documentation.*Took over as Title Supervisor in March 2015, supervising eight title agents and two reviewers, managing priorities and assignments, identifying, and resolving title curative and condemnation issues, addressing any title questions from agents, survey and management as well as overseeing all routine activities and reporting requirements. *October 2018 took over management and final title audit of an additional segment, comprised of Berks, Chester, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties in Pennsylvania, as well as assisting Pittsburgh office with needed title help on that additional segment.
