Lead firm’s Payment Transformation Team's strategic and technical projects with managed care companies, hospitals, and physician practices related to innovative payment transformation.Assisted several large Health Systems in assessing their organizational readiness/capability to execute against alternate payment reimbursement arrangements (e.g. ACO, bundled payment, etc). This included working collaboratively with payer and provider constituents to assess the revenue/margin impacts to the respective organizations and developing products and go-to-market plans that achieve mutual growth opportunities. Assisted leading provider organizations across the country assess and design feasible bundled payment arrangements in support of the CMS pilot initiatives. This included assessing the organization’s current performance, identifying cost savings opportunities, modeling pricing/margin scenarios, as well as supporting managed care negotiations.

This included leading the development of a robust, dynamic model to enable strategic assessment of proposed healthcare reform legislation’s impacts on the health insurance industry.Responsibilities included overseeing the training and professional development of analyst resources, developing training curriculum, assisting with the development and implementation of a knowledge management system, and serving as a subject matter expert in the sales and business development process.
