En charge de la politique d’avantages sociaux pour les entités France, Espagne et Italie du groupe (10 000 salariés) avec les missions suivantes:Suivi des processus d’administration dans le respect de la politique globale et des règlementations légales et conventionnelles, Coordination de la campagne de distribution de la participation aux bénéfices,Design et mise en place de nouveaux plans d’avantages sociaux,Organisation des commissions avec les partenaires sociaux, gestion des relations avec les prestataires et support aux managements. -Administration of employees benefits over all French entities-Coordination and implementation profit-sharing plans-Implementation and design of benefits plans under the Global policy-Maintaining relationships with social services agencies and providers-Construction of a communication strategy-Assist management and employees in benefits issues

Support aux équipes d’audit et de conseil avec les responsabilités suivantes:Evaluation et comptabilisation des engagements sociaux dans le respect des normes comptables locales ou internationales en vigueur,Analyse et benchmark des packages Rémunérations et avantages sociaux par secteur d’activité et pays,Support à la mise en place de systèmes de rémunération variable (design, simulations, présentation ComEx). - Actuarial valuation of post-employment benefits and long-term benefits in the audit and advisory context within companies of all sectors.- Selection and review of actuarial assumptions used in assessing employee benefit obligations in accordance with French GAAP, US GAAP or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS / IAS 19R). Government reforms and PwC guidance.-Review and realization of employee benefits accounting statement under various accounting standards (ANC Recommendation, French GAAP, US GAAP, IAS 19R, ...).- Compensation analysis and benchmarking by sector of activity- Review of variable compensation policy for a commercial population
