General Manager - Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes - Provide day to day leadership and management that mirrors the Company’s mission and core values - Participate in strategic planning and resource allocation - Establish operational processes - . Manage the Company’s strategy implementation, in particular regarding the Company’s budgets and timelines - Ensure quality control of all customer services - Set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are growth orientated, achievable and tied to long-term goals - Establish and monitor performance reporting systems - Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made - Conduct regular meetings with Heads of Department to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good.CFO• To prepare any financial information or reports at the request of The Director• Operation of efficient debtors/creditor’s control that all expenditure is duly authorised and approved for payment and that payment is made on time and discounts if applicable obtained.• To be responsible for payroll, the payment of wages and salaries, commissions, payroll tax, group tax, GST and superannuation.• To be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all staff records, annual leave, sick leave and long service leave entitlements and record keeping.• To prepare the firm’s operating budget each financial year, and to prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Directors.• To be responsible for the Firm’s compliance with group tax, GST, payroll tax, superannuation, , workers compensation, and insurance • To provide information for the preparation of statutory financial accounts and income tax returns.• To be responsible for monthly reportage to the Director:- Bank Reconciliation - Bank Statements - Profit and Loss report- Department KPI reports
