Assist Flight manager in areas of flight crewmembers interface, interpret, clarify, and reply to flight crewmembers inquiries regarding all aspects of flight operation. Coordiante day to day activity in the absence of the flight manager.Resolve crewmembers concers and problems relating to everyday activity. Interface with all departments whose functions effected the flight opearations department. Coordinate and resolve hotel, catering and crew scheluling problems with appropriate departments/vendors. Oversee flight coordination department of 11 employees, develop and implement work/vacation schedules, maintain time off logs.
