Responsible for overall management of two campuses including strategic planning, financials, sales and marketing, and international student recruitment.Developed and implemented overall business and student recruitment strategies to increase student numbers through expanding agent network channels in education markets in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Turkey, and Ukraine. As one of three shareholders of VanWest College Ltd., worked as the college’s President and successfully spearheaded the audit process for accreditation from the PTIB branch of the BC Ministry of Education. This changed the institution’s classification to a Designated Learning Institute for both ESL and career college programs.

International student recruitment specialist. Traveled internationally promoting school programs through government and private educational fairs. Implemented project and oversaw accreditation process, resulting in the establishment of the ‘Canadian College’ – a private post-secondary certificate and diploma granting institution. Launched satellite campus in Spokane, WA in affiliation with Spokane Community College.

Created and executed an international recruitment plan for over 150 K-12, higher education and language training schools from USA and Canada.
