Dedicated to the ownership, development, and management of international and domestic hotels, resorts, eco-lodges, condominiums, homeowner associations, spas, recreational facilities, national & state parks, and unique business projects. Provides consultation services to companies that include parks, resorts, spas, land acquisitions, and commercial and leisure real estate developments. Bower specializes in the environmental management, internal and external customer service, and profitability of each entity.

Directly responsible for the management of DNC international & domestic properties that included: Yosemite, Sequoia, Grand Canyon, & Yellowstone National Parks; Asilomar Conference Resort in Monterrey, CA; Tenaya Lodge & Spa, located outside Yosemite National Park; The Grand Hotel @ Grand Canyon; Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa in BC, Canada; the Old Town San Diego Concession; and the Delaware North Central Reservations & Marketing Office in Fresno, CA.Total properties exceeded 3,500 guest rooms, 60 food & beverage units, over 300,000 sq. feet of retail, 5,000+ associates, interpretative programs, transportation services, and recreational services including ski area, stables, rafting, Audubon certified golf course, and marina. Annual attendance - over 20 million visitors. Responsible for client relations with state & federal governments. Assisted with the due diligence, project design, and business plans for new development projects, and generated new business opportunities.

Bower was President of DNC’s largest subsidiary, Yosemite Concession Services Corporation (YCS) – the single largest concessions contract in the National Park System and Department of Interior, with annual revenues over $100 million.
