Financial Controller’s Job and Duty in TMO, including:--Be responsible for all financial management aspects of company operations. --Provide leadership and coordination in the daily accounting operation, preparation of monthly financial statements, and the function in financial planning and analysis of the company.--Leadership and completed in the SAP implementation project in Greater China area--Oversee the processing of GL, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, expenditure, OPEX, cash management, department budgets, fixed assets, bank account reconciliations, and inventory cost.--Analyze financial statements to provide the recommendations on the company’s potential risky areas.--Set up the finance risk management strategy. --Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.--Responsible to provide all accounting reporting data to the corporate level on a timely manner. Lead the team to perform the finance month end close accurately and timely.

Internal Control and compliance experiences (SOX 404 and SOP), including:--Building up and revising the internal control system and corporate governance procedures--Planning, scoping, risk identification to avoid the material weakness and deficiency in control design and operation stages--Identifying the internal control weakness and suggesting improvement opportunities--Supervising remediation schedules and providing assistances of the management to establish proper controls and documentations for SOX 404--Designing and planning a company’s Standard Operating System (“SOP”), or improving the existing operating procedures--Strategy HR management, manpower and salary structure analysis and optimizing--Reengineering the accounting system and proceduresFinancial Due Diligence experiences, including:--Planning the M&A projects (business plan, investment feasibility studies, sensitivity analysis, etc.)--Performing finance and tax due diligence on the Target’s historical financial data--Planning and monitoring the physical observations and stocktaking--Legal and legislation compliance check--Target’s management and operation review (business process, duties segregations, etc.)--Core Competency system set-up--Organization Diagnosis

Accounting and finance management experiences (Sr. Financial Manager), including:--Supervising the accounting daily works and monthly closing (tax filings)--Ensuring the controllership of the whole finance team--Arranging corporation funding and financing schedule, and managing investment projects, if any--Set-up, introducing and executing and investment performance evaluation system--Assist in the implementing an ERP Financial Accounting System
