Responsibilities: • Serve as senior advanced analytics team lead, mentor, and substantive expert.• Conduct computer forensic examinations of seized laptops, desktops, cell phones, and other digital media using government, commercial, and open source tools to collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence.• Research adversary tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer and network vulnerabilities, data hiding, and encryption.• Assess trends that threaten USG equities, or disrupt functionality of software tools and automation, devise and propose technical solutions to support operations and intelligence collection capabilities.• Identify and document threat intelligence on adversary TTPs and victims on a variety of operating systems and device types.• Present technical findings and analytic discoveries to non-technical audiences, policy customers, and subject matter experts.• Enrich forensic evidence with all-source information to add context, extract hidden patterns, and detect technical trends.• Apply advanced analytic techniques such as social network analysis, community detection algorithms, statistical measures, and regression to identify important data, uncover terrorist threats, improve analytic tools, and drive resource allocations.

• Serve as cyber finance, e-fraud, anti-money laundering and e-currency subject matter expert.• Conduct all-source analysis, digital forensics, and targeting to identify, monitor, assess, and counter the threat posed by foreign cyber actors against US information systems, critical infrastructure and cyber-related interests. • Support the President, the National Security Council, and other policymakers with strategic assessments and provide tactical analysis and advice for operations. • Leverage technical and analytic subject matter expertise to identify national security vulnerabilities, devise cyber finance collection requirements, and work with partners to recommend solutions. • Apply technical and cyber finance subject matter expertise to solve complex intelligence problems, produce short-term and long-term written assessments, and brief US policymakers and the US cyber defense community. • Manage multi-million-dollar contracts, supervise staff, monitor tasks for complex technical solutions to guide solutions, manage scheduling, deliverables, and budget.
