 In charge of Arla Foods and Fonterra brands, oversaw product price calculation and sales forecast. Develop marketing plan and ensure new products being launched to market on time and hit sales target; Planned and executed marketing activities, including trade promotions and end-user events to build brand image. Prepare annual forecast and promotional budget and decide on promotional strategies of each product in my responsibility. Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities Prepare monthly report on products movement and result of promotional activities and report to Marketing Manager within the 10th working day of the month. Segment management and finding for new selling points, work with Trainer to help sales team able to access the customers.
