My tenure with Young Pharmaceuticals began as the third representative and had risen to Vice President of Sales. I assisted in building and training a team of 42 representatives and 6 regional managers. I was an essential part of the companies development and success.

Managed all aspects of sales and marketing for a multi-million-dollar physician exclusive skin care product line. Developed and trained a team of in-house sales representatives. Created product training manuals, marketing, training collateral, and private branding workbooks. Managed both marketing and advertising. Successfully created the Platinum Series, an all-inclusive kit of cutting-edge products. Collaborated with Henry Shine, educating their employees on DCL products.

Responsible for successfully managing and selling Lidex, Synalar, Loprox, Lustra, Afirm Beta-Lift, Loprox and Topicort in CT, RI and upstate NY to dermatologists, podiatrists, and medical institutions. 
Obtained top-level market share rankings for prescription and retail dermatology product sales.
 Developed several product marketing tools for the delivery of promotional.

I was responsible for training accounts across the country and increasing their sales. I also worked with clients remotely via telephone. My responsibilities also included creating product protocols, brochure copy and contributing to creating other marketing materials.
