My experience of 8 years managing a self storage facility of 600 units helped me gain valuable insight into daily task management and marketing. I came to the facility with many challenges and changes that needed to be implemented. The vacancy rate was roughly 25% and the tenants had developed poor payment habits as previous manager allowed it. I was full occupancy more than not and my monthly deposit amounts surpassed all prior amounts.
