*Duties: This job was a management position that required the supervision of four (4) to six (6) customer service agents. It entailed making sure that the day to day working of the customer service department was completed in a timely manner and with 100% quality. It required the training of new customer agents, the processing of daily work. Also, this job entailed the binding and processing of all new business that came into the agency whether by mail, fax, or phone. Also, making sure that all the paperwork was in order for the customer service department. It also required working one on one with the agents in the binding process of the new business, using underwriting skills to make sure what was submitted to the company matched their guidelines.
