I developed, implemented, and monitored programs to maximize customer satisfaction. I managed 1-4 on site customer service representatives for this family owned business. Patsy Aiken Designs is a high end children's clothing home party business and web shopping site. I provided the highest level of product and leadership support to representatives and clients to generate sales and customer retention. I effectively communicated with team members to maintain clearly defined expectations to resolve customer needs. I resolved customer questions, issues, and complaints in a timely manner, either by phone or email using our Customer Service Zendesk system to develop a strong rapport. I recommended changes to existing methods to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the customer service department. I also provided detailed weekly departmental reports and updates to senior management explaining customer calls for the week as well as priorities for upcoming weeks. I have strong decision making, problem solving, and research skills I can manage a multi line phone system and work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook systems.

I managed all aspects of customer service and sales in the office. I worked directly with customers along with managed a team of 2-4 professionals in the management trainee program. I took reservations, explained the rental process, solved customer issues, and sold collision damage waiver. I directed the training of our new employees and developed their skills in customer related issues and the closing of sales. I managed our fleet of cars to make sure all were properly maintained. I set sales goals for the office and individual employees for the growth of the office. I reduced and controlled expenses by monitoring all accounts receivable and payable. Enterprise gave me the skills, independence, leadership to learn how to run my own business.
