Customer Care CoordinatorPrimary responsibilities• Project Coordinator of all projects and task forces o Keep meetings on tasko Record keeping of the meetingo Holding people accountable to what their responsiblities are• Manager and coordinate all aspects of equipment new install process, including working with the order processor, service, IT department, delivery company, sales rep and customer.o Hold weekly install meetingso Communicate with customer and sales rep during the entire processo Complete, track and share results of the Post Surveyo Sent new install spreadsheet to supplies as a warm lead• Manager all aspects of the Concentra Account, including:o Process all new orders -currently Amy does part of it and I do part of ito Tracking the progression of all new orders  Using a very detailed spreadsheeto Coordinating the install and training of new orders with the sites and local deals.o Handling all escalated issues from the sites and Sharon o Keep a MIF report update to date- Monica and I are still working on the best way to pull this data from OMD• Distribute and track service leads• Service call post surveys • Account Reviews and the follow up with the departments and customer as needed • New Hire o Sales Bindero Create offer letterso Create and manage the training schedule• Bids – As needed• Creating and tracking the SLA’s • Certifications – Getting more out of them• Sales Support - ex: proposals, act as a liaison for escalated customer service issues as it relates to training, admin, or service • MDF funds• Manager Training team• Handle all escalated phone or emails from customer. I can be the Hub and then send out to admin or serviceLook at old meeting notes to see what has been done and needs to be done. Back up setting up deliveries with JC del for new installs
