-Serve as a student hearing board member through sitting in on student disciplinary hearings, listening to complainant and respondent arguments and weighing the evidence provided.- Making decisions regarding holding student responsible or not responsible for charges and if responsible creating and appropriate sanction from a prescribed list and filing an adjudication report with the SCC office. - Passing down sanctions to students ranging from written warnings to expulsion from the University if applicable

-Trained in and frequently implemented crisis management skills and mandated reporting in responding to fire safety, suicidal ideation and prevention, Title IX, medical emergencies, enforcing the Terms of Occupancy and counseling and coaching in managing a floor of 20-40 residents.-Garnered a floor participation average of 68% of assigned residents through committing at least 20 hours a week during the semester to duty shifts, staff meetings, program strategy, building and staff operations and conducting weekly room drop-ins -Assess enterprise risk by creating and communicating a timeline of events, organizing them into a shared calendar with teammates and creating a form for event supply requests to keep track of team spending, program planning, conducting financial analysis & reporting, collaboration, and execution.

-Respond to lockouts, lost or stolen keys/cards, maintain the functioning of the quad office, and escort maintenance staff in carrying out their work orders. -Maintain confidentiality, cybersecurity, and safety in private student information and resident data analytics including but not limited to: full names, addresses, phone numbers, academic and financial records, residential status etc.-Implement a smart approach to respond to parent and student concerns via phone calls and refer them to the appropriate offices if applicable.
