Major achievements – Boeing Top Talent Award. Co-authored Boeing, Defense, and Space (BDS) UX Development Approach, Military Fixed Wing Pilot Design Practices for User Centered Design, Human Performance, and Crew Alerting. Co-authored Military Command and Control Design Practice for User Centered Design and Human Performance. Authored Phantom Works Pilot-Vehicle Interface Style Guide. Developed novel enterprise level style guide management approach and co-developed automated technical documentation management approach. Experience – Lead Human Engineering (HE) activities for a Phantom Works program including cultivation and maintenance of internal and external customer relationships, staffing estimates, development and implementation of Human System Integration (HSI) and HE program plans. Ensured compliance with Military and ANSI Standards via creation/maintenance of System Safety and HE databases. Validated design through ProE Manikin software, iterative usability evaluations, user jury and contractor testing events.Project Consulting –Promoted, designed, coordinated and conducted HE research. Designed actionable research experiments to drive internal development decisions. Utilized Morae usability tool to conduct research.
