I've held positions in manufacturing, operations, research and development and information technology organizations. During the course of my career, I have fostered an enduring interest in technology development and the methodologies of project management.In addition to my experience as a Factory Engineer, Technology Consultant, and Systems Engineer, I have also worked as an Engineering Leader, where I led the planning and implementation of cloud infrastructure for my organization.I have overseen the implementation, strategic planning, and maintenance of mission-critical systems and applications that support the entire organization. I'm responsible for ensuring that the infrastructure and systems not only meet current business needs but are also scalable and flexible enough to support future growth.I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are reliable, secure, and meet the business's operational and financial requirements. In addition to assuring that our systems are up-to-date and running efficiently, I also provide leadership in the planning and execution of technology initiatives, establishing best practices for efficient system operations, with a focus on smart cost savings, and improving synergy and productivity across the organization.I have a demonstrated track record as a strong performer, executing in start-up environments with high levels of ambiguity and experience leading and interacting with both physical and virtual teams in meeting project requirements for cost, schedule and resulting deliverables.My technical experience includes database design and administration, SW engineering, debugging and troubleshooting, requirements analysis and documentation, micro services / containerized workloads and Kubernetes engineering, server/networking hardware installation and repair, electrical hardware equipment troubleshooting and repair, compute systems performance analysis and tuning.In addition to my Bachelor's degree in IT, I have completed three years of mechanical engineering studies with a minor focus in electrical engineering.My non-technical experience includes supporting platform and product introduction efforts in EMEA. I have extensive experience working with both internal and external business partners. I have experience working with and training support partners, acting as a technical consultant to the sales teams and assisting account managers with customer interactions and escalations as well as partnering with R&D to improve products.
